Key Challenges

The character and industrial features of the building required a sensitive approach to ensure original elements were retained. Bare brickwork finishes were achieved using diluted paint mixes, which required strict consistency across batches to maintain a uniform appearance throughout the building.

A mixture of diluted paint was used on bare brickwork which had to be of the same consistency on each batch to provide a uniform finish.
