Project Brief
Pembroke & Bull Contracts Ltd was appointed by Space & Solutions to deliver the decorative finishes to a newly refurbished first-floor office for Rapid7 within the prominent Forbury Place development.
The brief was to achieve a high-quality, contemporary finish that supported a productive working environment while retaining a fun and engaging aesthetic suitable for a modern tech workspace.
Scope of Works
Decoration to all new and base-build wall and ceiling surfacesHigh-level black banding and column feature details
Split-colour feature walls throughout the office areas
Installation of luxury wallcoverings to library walls and booth areas
Challenges & Solutions
The project operated at a highly reactive pace, requiring close coordination with other trades to maintain programme and finish quality. Through proactive site management and flexible sequencing, our team successfully delivered all areas to the required standard without disruption to the wider programme.
Results
The project was completed on time with no issues raised by the client. Both the client’s management team and the end users were highly impressed with the standard of finish and the overall look and feel of the completed workspace.
