Coordination with other trades to maintain programme flow and presentation standards

Challenges & Solutions

The development progressed smoothly, with the only challenge being the quick sale of show homes during construction. Our team responded promptly, completing touch-ups and final finishes at short notice to ensure each new show home was ready for viewing without impacting the wider programme.
