Key Challenges

Works were carried out within a live building environment, requiring minimal disruption to tenants and building management. Close coordination with the client allowed works to be programmed out of hours where necessary, ensuring the building remained fully operational during normal working hours. With new tenants scheduled to occupy multiple office areas within a fixed timeframe, the programme was accelerated and successfully completed ahead of schedule.

Overall Outcome

The project was completed ahead of programme, allowing additional time for client variations. The completed works received excellent feedback from both tenants and building management, reflecting the quality of finish and the effectiveness of the delivery strategy.
